The Four Components of Wellness 2 days
Overview: Participants will explore the four components of Wellness (Spiritual/Nutritional/Emotional/Physical). The workshop is primarily didactic with some small group participation. Participant will be expected to create a short but brief personal wellness plan.
Prerequisite: Wellness coordinators/Personal Trainers are encouraged to attend as well as others associated with the health and welfare of the community.

The Art of Communication 1 day
Overview: Engaging our clients in a honest genuine manner as well as our personal relationships. William Glassers (Reality Therapy RT) model is used in to emphasize the importance of “joining” Participants will work in small group and practice the first step of Reality Therapy. Videotaping may be a part of this workshop.

Facilitation Skills 3 days
Overview: This workshop is highly experiential. Participants will learn facilitation skills through being a participant in a group. This is a didactic lecture to assist participant in identifying their skills. Each participant will be asked to facilitate a group upon completion. Satisfactory completion of workshop is depends on each member facilitating their own group. Participants will learn the art of co-facilitation.
Workshop presents many opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Prerequisite: Each participate must have strong interpersonal skills and have some small group experience and must be serious, motivated and flexible.

Why Fitness. Why Now??
Overview: This objective of this workshop is to compare past fitness efforts with the sudden current emphasis on over all wellness. What initiatives prompted this sudden interest in wellness and where we are today? Also discuss the obstacles that hinder someone from seeking a healthy lifestyle. The four components can also be revisited as covered in prior wellness.
Prerequisites: Anyone interested in fitness and wellness

Developing your own Fitness Plan 1 day
Overview: This workshop is designed for anyone who is concerned about their health. The content challenges participants to create their own Wellness Plan. This is accomplished through small group work that is very structured. Participation is a must in order to meet goals and objective the workshop
Prerequisites: Anyone interested in improving their health.
